Connecting Capital to Communities

Classic Lake specializes in structuring and deploying capital to drive transformative investments in underserved communities. We work with businesses, non-profits, real estate developers, municipalities, and investors to create sustainable economic growth and lasting impact.

Our Firm

We are a community and economic development firm that partners with mission-aligned organizations to plan, build, and finance impactful projects in historically underserved areas.

We act as both advisors and project stewards—offering owner’s representation, development management, and creative capital solutions tailored to each opportunity.

Since our founding, we've facilitated the deployment of over $950 million in investments using tax credits, grants, bonds, and diverse debt and equity structures. Our partners include municipal agencies, developers, small businesses, healthcare and education institutions, non-profits, and financial firms, working together to build stronger, more resilient communities.

Our Impact

At Classic Lake, we turn capital into transformative investments that strengthen communities, drive economic growth, and create lasting value. Our work expands access to education and healthcare, revitalizes commercial corridors, fuels small business expansion, and enhances critical infrastructure.

Through strategic investment and expert execution, we help our partners create jobs, attract capital, and build stronger, more resilient local economies—ensuring financial sustainability while delivering measurable community impact.
