Lauderdale Community Hospital (LCH) is a designated Critical Access Hospital and the sole provider of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care for residents in Lauderdale County and the surrounding rural communities of West Tennessee. The hospital plays a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of a medically underserved population, many of whom previously had to travel long distances for care.
With support from NMTC financing, Lauderdale constructed a new 35,000 sq. ft., 15-bed replacement facility designed to modernize its services and better meet the needs of the community. The new hospital includes enhanced emergency care capacity, diagnostic imaging, a pharmacy, and flexible space for future specialty clinics.
