A collaboration between Azure Development, Many Mansions, and the City of Los Angeles, La Guadalupe integrates on-site case management, financial education, food assistance, transportation support, and life skills training, ensuring residents receive the wraparound services necessary for long-term stability. The development also features 7,100 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space, a 41-car garage, and 56 bicycle parking stalls, supporting both residents and local businesses while promoting a walkable, transit-oriented environment.
