Casa Familiar is a 501(c)(3), Minority founded and controlled community-based organization dedicated to serving South San Diego County residents. Casa owns 121 affordable housing units (100% of units are leased at or below 80% AMI) and delivers programming at 6 different locations within the City of San Ysidro.
Casa used NMTC financing to support their programming which serves over 20,000 people annually (98% minority, 95% low-income) through over 40 bilingual programs in the areas of Civic Engagement, Health and Social Services, Arts and Culture, and Education.
